New work for Voyger Group. Looks like ton’s photo’s and it was a full four days of shooting. So many models so little time. We had shots in the mall, restaurants, courtyard, hotel spaces, and streets of Bellevue. Photographer Julian Harold was such a quick shooter. We didn’t spend too much time in any one space. These jobs start out big a bit overwhelming because of the racks, and racks of returns. Luckily for me on the fourth day of shooting I was able to bring in a additional assiant to start to tackle this process.
Seattle is a big enough city to always be shooting at different locations. The latest discovery for me was the best garden store I have found in Seattle, nestled in Ballard called Swansons Nursery. Swansons had a koi pond, restaurant/ kitchen called Barn & Field , indoor clean restrooms, and most importantly an amazing indoor plants section. Seattle has many beautiful plant stores but Swansons Nursery has been the biggest selection I have seen in one place. Check out some of the BTS photo’s below:
When the mannequin challenge became all the rage, it happened on a few different jobs. You know your clients #dope when it actually gets edited. Have you ever been part of a mannequin challenge? I am in the middle of the bar wearing a green jacket adjusting a bracelet
Now for the styling on this commercial shoot, I had 6 main and 12 background talent. These types of shoots are always filled with multiple wardrobe changes through out the day for each scene. With all the people and all the changes I stay pretty busy. This mannequin challenge was shot at the end of the day before we wrapped.

My client Travels Through Images called and asked if I was available to go to Atlanta and help on a music festival shoot. Luckily, I was and had quite a weekend shooting at Atlanta’s Shaky Beats Music Festival. Full disclose I have a fear of nasty bathrooms at festivals. Gross port-a-potty’s are something I will avoid at any cost. With that said I have avoided music festivals thus far. To my surprise at Shaky Beats the bathroom situation was totally fine. Besides some of the crazy music it was quite fun. I carried a backpack full of wardrobe and makeup essentials to add to festival goer’s if needed. I was also in charge of finding the talent that weekend. I believe that commercial hasn’t aired yet, or if the product we were filming ever made it to market. Below are pictures of me and the client & crew at Shaky Beats.
The Bellevue Collection is made up of three parts: Bellevue Square, Lincoln Square, and Bellevue Place. Bellevue Square creates both a fashion forecasting lookbook and magazine which I got to style for Fall 2016. We shot this is the middle of July when fall fashion hadn’t official arrived and everything was on summer markdown. Challenging but fun for me times for me. I love shoots like this. After spending a week shopping at Bellevue Square, I was shopped out and knew what was in every store Bellevue Square offered. Below is a behind the scenes of shooting and styling Bellevue Collection along with some of the images used in Bellevue Square.
Here is a commercial I styled earlier this year. Girls Night Out for T-bones steakhouse at Red Rock Casino. 11 total talent less than 2 1/2 hours to get them dressed without an assistant. I was running around like a crazy lady, but the job always gets done. Brandmakers: Sixteenfifty Director: Charles Bergquist makeup: Zee Clemente Photographers: Jon & Annie Rouse
If you could image living in a country like oasis but smack-dad in the middle of a city than we would be talking about Seattle’s Discovery Park Fort Lawton Homes. Fort Lawton homes were originally built between 1899 and 1935 for military personnel defending the coastline from a naval attack. Divided into two neighborhoods of thirteen – Montana Circle and Officer’s Row, the colonial-revival homes have a small town, middle of no where type of charm. A total of 26 historic homes were refurbished.
I styled two back to back shoots in Discovery Park Fort Lawton Homes.
New work for Rogers! Rogers is a communication/ media company based in Canada.( like a t-mobile in the US). This particular Roger’s ad campaign was shot by photographer Amos Morgan. We shot in various locations all around Seattle. The billboard below was shot at Kerry Park. As you can see the sky-line view is amazing. I have shot at Kerry Park a few times, and it is one of the best places to capture the iconic Seattle space needle view.
I love shooting around the city. I still consider myself some what new to the Seattle area, every time I do these types of lifestyle shoots I am always learning something new. Either new cool spot like Kerry Park or cheaper places to park.
